DEPA is an advanced system for non-destructive testing of the elastic properties of materials and products including grinding wheels and other abrasive tools. DEPA displays a test specimen's complete frequency signature and damping of the fundamental frequency using Fast Fourier Transform for highly accurate and repeatable measurements. Includes instantaneous measurements of resonant frequency and damping coefficient and computations of Young's Modulus, Shear Modulus, Poisson's Ratio, etc. Works with a variety of shapes in accordance with ASTM standards, when applicable.
