“C3 ceramic quick change discs are long-lasting performance products that will increase productivity, while not increasing overall costs,” said Joe O’Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.
Ultra 1/4-inch aluminum oxide depressed center wheels are available in a type 27 shape and in 4-1/2, 5, 6, 7 and 9 inch diameters with 7/8 or 5/8-11 arbor holes. Typical applications for the Ultra aluminum oxide depressed wheels include weld grinding, rail car manufacturing and ship building.
“Surface conditioning products are a necessity in the metal fabrication process and creating
a uniform work surface allows users to complete projects quickly and professionally,” said
Joe O’Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.
“C3 ceramic flap discs are a great addition to the CGW product line. They are exceptionally aggressive and cut twice as long as standard flap discs, making them better for certain jobs and projects,” said Joe O’Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.
CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has expanded its high performance Super Quickie-Cut line with the introduction of .075 cut/grind combo wheels. Engineered utilizing innovative manufacturing technology, the new combo wheels allow for cutting and grinding with one wheel for reduced production times and costs.
CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels offers a line of semi-flex discs for aggressive grinding applications which are engineered not to load up while working.
Semi-flex discs are uniquely shaped to provide maximum chip clearance and air flow for longer working life and increased production times. Consisting of 21 items, CGW’s semi-flex line is offered in silicon carbide or aluminum oxide grains.
CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has expanded its Super Quickie-Cut line with the introduction of 1/8-inch thick depressed center cutting and notching, and pipeline wheels. Engineered with advanced manufacturing technology, the new wheels are designed for high performance and longer working life.
The new 1/8-inch Super Quickie-Cut depressed center wheels for cutting and notching are manufactured from high-quality aluminum oxide grain and R-grade bond for clean, steady cutting action. The cutting and notching wheels are available in 4-1/2 inch diameter x 1/8 inch (3 mm) thickness with 7/8 inch or 5/8-11 arbor holes. These wheels are ideal for cutting and notching steel and cast iron.
The new 1/8-inch Super Quickie-Cut depressed center pipeline wheels are made from high-quality aluminum oxide grain and T-grade bond for high stock removal. The pipeline wheels are available in 4-1/2 inch diameter x 1/8 inch (4 mm) thickness with 7/8-inch or 5/8-11 arbor holes. These wheels are ideal for working on ferrous metal.
“Expanding our depressed center wheel line with high-performance Super Quickie-Cut wheels allows us to offer multiple levels of performance to the end user and distributor,”
said Joe O’Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.

CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels has expanded its’ U.S.-manufactured Z3 flap disc line with the introduction of XXL and compact flap discs. Z3 flap discs are manufactured from premium zirconia alumina grain and have a strong polyester/cotton backing material.
The XXL Z3 flap discs have wider flaps that provide more material for easier use on angled work surfaces and longer life. The new flap disc line consists of 12 discs available in 4-1/2-inch diameter and 40, 60 and 80 grit sizes. XXL discs are available in type 27 or type 29 shapes, with either 7/8-inch or 5/8-11-inch arbor holes.
Compact Z3 flap discs are engineered with 20 percent more material than regular Z3 discs and have flaps compressed at a four degree angle for added strength during rough grinding and edge work. Compact flap discs are available in 4-1/2-inch diameter, 40 – 80 grit sizes and 7/8-inch or 5/8-11-inch arbor holes. The compact flap disc line consists of six discs.
“Adding the XXL and compact Z3 flap discs allows CGW to offer the end user effective edge and angled work surface solutions,” said Joe O’Mera, president, CGW-Camel Grinding Wheels.
Other CGW USA-made flap disc lines include premium Z3, Z3 ultimate, Z3 aluminum backed-type 29, premium Z-stainless, Z-flex, premium A3, aluminum cutting, silicon carbide (sc ultimate) and mini flap discs – type 27 zirconia.
